KP2007APL05 FASTEND

What a nice day.
HOT sun blasting us
with cool breezes.
Dogs all happy today.
Me too. Calm and
tranquil. Broke
fast on monday,
apl 2. Was feeling
really good, tho had
not gotten really
hungry yet. But my
mouth, which had been
cotton-dry for weeks,
was now moist and my
digestive juices were
ready to go. Unlike
my last two fasts, in
which I deliberately
ate HUGE three hour
feasts to break 18 and
23 day urine fasts, to
prove the safety of
urine fasting, this
time I had no interest
in that. I ate a moderate
meal, [a really delicious
one I might add!]. My
strength came back in a
couple of days instead of
one. My blood pressure is
down around 150/100, which
is WAY better than it was.
I expected it perfect again
much sooner, but it's going
in the right direction. I did
5 minutes jumping jacks yesterday
and 10 min today on the trampoline.
Really got lungs opened up with
DEEP SLOW breathing. Pulse only
went up to 90 something. Left
shoulder still snags a bit.
Felt great to move again.
I was playing winning
racquetball last november.
I'm easy 25# lighter now.
I'd love to get back soon!
