Way Cool!

It's obvious to me!
I wasn't sure if it
was to others too.
Simply shIFting my attention from
my barriers to my freedoms made
an amazing silent seamless SHIFT!
I feel stupid that I sat at Disagreement
and Interference for so long, WASTING
my own hexcellent advice to *DO* UCP!
But enough feeling stupid, I've got
too many other things to do now.

Yes.
It sounds like you've got an infection,
possibly viral, fungal, etc. H2O2 is my
workhorse for anything like that. Soak
in 3%. Urine is fantastic for regrowing
tissue, but not very good for killing off
whatever is infecting you. Hydrogen
PerOxide is the best for that. It kills
the harmful anaerobic bacteria, leaving
the beneficial stuff intact. Electro-
acupuncture can't hurt and might help
quite a bit if you have a machine.
Since I started agressively using peroxide
on my mouth, my falling-out teeth started
tightening up! I can chew on both sides
again! My osteopath explained anaerobic
bacteria secrete formaldehyde and other
noxious compounds which erode tissue.
THAT'S WHY THE GUMS RECEDE AND THE
BONE IS EATEN AWAY! If you kill off the
anaerobic bacteria, at least you have a
chance to heal. H2O2 IS *THE* KEY!
Teeth still wiggle, but they are tighter!
That's the FIRST *IMPROVEMENT* I've
seen in 40+ years of Peridontal Hell.
A brown mole near my nose turned
pink and shrank at the same time!
It's NOT Gone, but it *IS* Better!
It's been there for 40+ years!
I suspect it's related to the
infection in my mouth!
I cured my athletes foot with
ONE SOAK in 3% H202 after
many years of failure with
the commercial remedies.
Simple solutions are
the most effective!
3%, in this case!

You've already lived through worse than this!
The worst is not the pain or inability, but the
knowledge that I could have easily prevented
the injury by being very slightly more careful.
Your advice is good. I follow it as best I can.

Me too!
Healing to all our fingers!

KP2006MAR07
7:49 NOW
Cautiously optimistic.
Slept pretty well. One
aspirin got me thru the
nite OK. Finger trying
to throb a bit now, but
not bad. Some blood
on the keyboard: today
or yesterday? [system
crash: reboot] 8:01
[yawn]
[yawn] pause. not
sure what to look at.
[yawn] this is a new
thing with me. I used
to have my attention
so focused, and now
I feel somewhat
detached or exterior
to my thoughts.
I think about how I write:
going over the same article
again and again, maybe
hundreds of times for
something I'm really
involved in, hexamining
the subject more and
more closely. Somehow
that focus brings in the
context or background
much more hexplicitly,
especially replying to
someone else's post.
[yawn] 8:14
Hexaming a post very carefully
reveals the assumptions, denials,
implications and purposes of
the words themselves: the
context or background which
gives rise the the post and
determines WHAT it says.
In a funny way, focus on
a statement reveals the
background or context,
if you view it very closely.
[yawn] [yawn] What is
NOT SAID, ignored or
overlooked is critical too,
but you have to be familiar
with the context of the post
already to notice that aspect.
8:22 I see that's a large part
of what I write: I am familiar
with the background of the
subjects I write about, and
can fill in relevant facts that
are deliberately omitted by
others. That allows evaluation
of statements "in context".
[yawn] Without hexamining
the context of a statement:
including the speaker himself,
the subject, and his relation
to it, you can't understand
the statement itself fully.
8:31 I've been thinking about
composition and framing in
photography or art. A photo or
picture is framed or composed
or isolated from the background.
The aesthetics are involved in
framing one area of interest,
and considering it as itself.
This is a narrowing of attention.
to focus on something with
pleasing or harmonious balance.
[yawn] Or to focus on something
bad, ugly or evil, to make some
other point in some other context:
such as propaganda for genocide.
[yawn] 8:37 [yawn] [yawn]
In a way, any focus of attention
is evaluation and de facto control
or censorship of what is defocused.
This can be useful or damaging,
depending on the circumstances,
purposes, relationships, and so forth.
[yawn] And that utility or damage can
only be evaluated be hexamining the
context of the interraction: the part
can only be evaluated by the whole.
So it may be very useful to focus intently
on a very swall area, but you must remain
conscious of the background too, or you
can easily be led astray into wild Error.
8:47 A film, for instance, defines it's
own little world, and can be hexamined
as itself for internal consistency, plot,
character, image quality, acting, etc.
These are a quite valid. It can also be
evaluated in terms of who made it and
why: how does it relate to the society
at large. What purposes was it intended
to realize. Is it art, propaganda, or both?
Whose message is it . . . to who? What
are ALL it's REAL purposes and effects?
8:55 Until you see the whole picture,
you are really just LOST in the movie!
8:58 [yawn] [yawn] [yawn] 9:05
[yawn] That LOST effect is quite likely
an intention of the movie: to allow you
to FORGET about YOUR life, to indulge
in a fantasy of being someone else
playing some novel [to you] games.
Of course, that is only one
of many possible purposes!
It's quite a focus now,
but this is only one of
many possible worlds!
9:15 WE CAN UPGRADE!
[reread] 9:20
I see that progressive evaluation
require putting the focused area
in larger and larger contexts.
Eventually you must compare
anything to everything: the
entire eternal? universe itself.
My life and my thoughts can
best be seen in a context of
life and thought themselves,
which can best been seen in
the context of the entire
universe of life, and non-life,
thought, and non-thought.
That stretches my envelope a bit:
I guess that's the general idea!
When your reality envelope ruptures,
it wasn't really a reality envelope, it
was just a false frame that couldn't
accomodate hexpanding understanding.
The film ended, the house lights came on, and
there you are sitting staring at the credits.
Time to reframe your life, hit the can, and
find your car out there somewhere.
You've got somewhere to go,
unless you are there already!
end @ 9:35 = about 1:45
