A calm day and everning. Napped
this afternoon. Caught up on sleep.
Feeling centered. Busy lately. Friday
was a long hard day, but I got lots done.
9:44 I've been looking a lot at Prediction
and Error lately. I see they are Liabilities
in a way. It would be wonderful to just be
grooving on the now . . . all the time . . .
like being lost in the music forever . . .
9:49 But I can't accept not working to
improve my situation: both internal and
hexternal. There is Being AND Becoming.
YES, I want to enjoy WHAT IS NOW . . .
including my present sElf, but I also want
to change myself AND my circumstances
for the better. 9:59
Two situations catch my attention recently.
I arrive at Finn's place to see a tow truck
and a police car, lights blazing, surrounding
Jaime's RV. I talk to the lady cop, who was
quite courteous, about jaime and his situation.
I call jaime on my cell phone and leave him
a message that the cops are towing his RV.
I give her Jaime's number and visit with Finn.
When I leave, perhaps a half hour later, the
RV is gone. I felt sick about it for days. I've
been trying to help him for maybe a year now,
and gotten nowhere. He won't do UCP, won't
do electro acu, was too busy playing to listen to
the genius doctor when she was visiting, etc.
Another suicide who won't do anthing to help
himself, dying of AIDS and Hepatitus C.
Then I talked to him and he was SO HAPPY
I had saved his RV for him! *WHAT?* He was
in the tub when I called, but didn't have my
cell phone number [it's in his dead cell phone]
so he couldn't call me back. BUT THE COP
CALLED HIM! She talked the tow guy into
waiving his $75+ fee and NOT towing it!
He got over there and drove it to a safe
parking spot while I was visiting Finn.
So I was able to save him from his own suicide,
temporarily, by showing up at the PERFECT time
and doing the right thing. But it's still his suicide.
He hadn't bothered to put the new plates on it,
and left it on the street. I'm HAPPY they didn't
tow it, because he probably never would have
gotten it out of impound. It's a bitchin RV!
But he's still a suicide, and I havn't been able
to get him interested in changing that. So the
Being is pretty cool on this one focus . . . but
the background is still his ongoing suicide.
10:14 But back to me, I was really Annoyed,
Saddened, and felt Useless for most of a week,
due to my Error in Thinking they had towed it,
my Efforts were of NO avail, and he was going
down fast like my [now very dead] friend Andy.
10:19 The other scene I have big attention
on is our Arizona Retreat property, which
was stolen from us and sold to another thief
for $10 or $50,000, depending on the report.
Not only do we have a trial date in Jan 2007,
but Jim and Pat did more legwork and found
our 760 acres is worth AT LEAST two million
dollars now! They also discovered that if the
thieves can't prove $50,000 actually changed
hands, that's a DE FACTO FELONY! Even
50K$ is absurd, since we paid about 84K$ for
it in the late 1970's. We don't think they
really paid money. We think it's a fraudulent
transaction to register our land in the name
of a conspiracty of thieves, and they never
expected to have to defend it in court.
Now they are going to court, and looking
like they DO NOT WANT to be there!
The original small time thieves originally
defaulted on our counter-suit against them.
Then their new partner apparently read them
the riot act and responded late. The really
interesting thing is he has DEEP pockets.
He STOLE our $2 million property.
Gosh! The JURY [we have a Jury Trial!]
can easily award us TRIPLE DAMAGES!
Next year, we might have our retreat back,
know who our friends are, get rid of the sleazy
scumbags who looted everything thing we had,
AND HAVE $ SIX MILLION DOLLARS TO DEVELOP
OUR PROPERTY INTO . . . WHATEVER WE WANT!
Of course, the jury COULD find for their side.
Or they could award us million$, but the fix is in
at the Appellate Court, which reduces it to zero.
But having our property stolen from us
COULD wind up benefitting us immensely!
In one situation, I was more unhappy than
accurate facts called from. In the AZ scene,
I was sad, but now I'm happy. And much of
this is Prediction from incomplete data.
What I DO KNOW is that Jaime is still alive
[at least he was this week], and the truck
is safe . . . as far as I know. I'm also happy
that the looters seem to be trying hard to
avoid appearing in court. They filed *TWO*
motions for Summary Judgement! That looks
Desperate for them, which is a very good sign
for us. On the other had, they still have many
opportunities for corruption in the legal system.
Our judge seems really cool! But he's up for
re-election this fall. We might not have him
for the trial! The deep pockets that might pay
us later, will certainly be used to destroy us first!
10:46 I see intentions, possibilities, past actions,
errors, options etc. The focus and importances
seem to change wildly. I AM happy about some
progress, and working toward an ideal scene
for myself internally, and for all of us hexternally.
I can know my intentions, even if rapidly changing.
The rest of it . . . I don't know now. I'll stay tuned.
