KP2006AUG15 PRO GUESS PROGRESS

I feel pretty good now.
I've been pretty stably in
Contemplation, looking at
my life and possibilities.
[yawn] I've been much
more stable when some
"negative" event happens.
Even when something "bad"
happens to me and I go to
apathy because I can't see
anything I can do about it,
I don't have any energy in
Creating negative reaction
to it. I got stuck on my car
repair, had wrong instructions,
didn't know, couldn't drive.
Slept most of the day as
I couldn't see how to go
forward, but did NOT
compulsively mock up
the bad things that
were sure to happen.
I was aware of them,
but I didn't react to them
as if they were real now.
Then a mechanic came to
me {to see about buying a
car from someone else)!
Way Cool! I paid him $80
to fix it for me, saved $66
bucks on shocks I didn't
need, and watched a real
pro install front springs.
Now I can do it right too!
For less that $20 more!
And I saved all that effort
projecting my demise.
It was quite refreshing!
It's like coming out of
an upper harmonic of
a hallucination . . . a
faulty Prediction.
Went to Don't Know
and simply stopped.
Then I got stuck with no
money and gas on "E" for
a week, so I simply put my
attention on some building
I NEED to get done before
the rain. I figured it must be
the perfect time. I didn't get my
usual hot meals and free take
home food for a week, but it
didn't bum me out. I was more
disappointed that I didn't show
up for them to help out, but it
couldn't very well be helped.
I got a critical storage shed
framed up completely, and
I'm ready to start the roof
sheathing, most of which
I already have. I feel good.
IT'S KINDA WEIRD!
But I like it!

I'm handling situations
easier and more smoothly,
and getting better results.
Since I counter-create less
there isn't much Interference.

seem to be breaking "my" way.
The ones that don't, just don't

Even the news has been better lately.
Neo and other cons are still hell-bent
on starting an atomic war with Iran, and
Israel bombed the hell out of Lebanon
AGAIN, killing thousands and expanding
their genocide, BUT the psychotic zionazis
also got their brains blown out by heroic
Hezbollah defenders and martyrs when
they tried to Occupy again. Way Cool!
Maybe they will eventually learn?
Or die trying? Again and Again?
Maybe the tide of global spinsanity IS turning?
How strangely "coincidental" that the world, at
least MY world, should seemingly improve a bit
as I got over Interfering with mysElf. [yawn]
I don't claim I caused the global improvement.
But I do plan to continue my sElf-improvement.
That's got to help my world a little bit more too.

I'm able to comfortably HAVE more situations
and events without feeling I must do something.
[yawn] I seem to be getting better at doing nothing,
and then [yawn] (at the right moment) do just enough
of the right things to make or allow something to go right.
[yawn] I haven't seen much through to glorious finales yet,
but a couple of things seem to be moving in the right direction.
Went to the CSS services a week ago. It was nice.
[yawn] I see how UCP relates to traditional mystical
practices better. They focus the attention on some
non-you thing, and then let "you" come out as or through
"distracting" thoughts. UCP simply puts your attention
on you to start with, so the "distracting" thoughts are
simply your attention. It's like a foreground/background
differentiation. They are complementary AND analogous
processes. UCP simply goes straight to you, while the other
method looks at something non-you, and watches you
compulsivly show up and perform. You can see either way:
looking out of the corner of your eye,
or looking directly at whatever "it" is.

but many people have obviously gotten
great gains on the mystical routes. [yawn]

I started writing and teaching publicly when
I was still at Tone -10 or lower, whiile most
prophets don't attract attention until they
are at HAVE, LOOK or higher.
But I KNEW HOW to RAISE TONE, because I
had done it at the low levels I WAS AT, and
had seen others even worse off do UCP
WHERE THEY WERE. So I felt obliged to
share what I did know. And now, much to
my delight, I am arriving where I PREDICTED
UCP would take one. WAY COOL! That's a
personal and a professional satisfaction!
Captain Frank demonstrated it, and now I am
starting to hexperience some new realms.
I've a long way to go, but I'm feeling higher,
and not feeling the urge to fight it either.
At the same time, I am more casual or
disinterested in UCP. Yes, I am for it,
but I don't plan to bum myself out if
no one else is interested. I'm toying
with the idea of simply feeling fastastic
no matter what happens. It sounds a
bit stupid in some ways. Why bother
to do anything if it doesn't matter?
On the other hand, WHY should I be
bummed out because of some OTHER
cause or influence. It's hard for me to
imagine being happy while being tortured,
but living in this nightmare is a kind of
torture, and I'm still getting happier,
at least for the time being = NOW!
Why should my happiness depend
on the physical universe at all?
If it didn't, would I . . . or
the universe disapear?
So many thoughts!
So interesting!
So much eternity to
Contemplate them in!

higher Tone Levels I
recognize that Others
have talked about them
before, but their methods
and their maps may not
have been as precise as UCP.
I believe the UCPeons have been
the first group to hextensively
document the process of
N-Lightenment or
enlightenment starting
from the bottom and
confirming the map
of consciousness
right from the
bottom!
The UCPlot is much clearer
and more detailed than any
other map of conscious I
have found so far. I think
that's a major new asset.

It should get much more
interesting as more and

the positive tone levels.

about N-lightenment is
much more attractive
than one at -10 . . .
