It took you about 5? years?
It took me about 15 from the
time I started Doing UCP on
Other People, probably about
-20 in tone. Very Well Done!
I Substituted a decade longer
to go half as many tones up!
It took me another 13? years to
get from zero to +5. I imagine
you will do it much faster! :-)
And with fewer Errors!
You've already
come up 40+!
I look forward to
further reports!
I spent a lot of time
Interfering with myself
questioning or wondering
if I/we/they could actually
get up to a pleasantone.
Now we don't have
to do that any more.
Frank took about 100 hours
to get from -5? or -10? to 0,
and another 700 hours to get
to Non-Duality around tone 20+
But he put most of those
hours into a year or two.
Sometimes he even did
several sessions a day.
