Bored. Looking for input or interest all day.
Some tv, yuk! On line. News, personals, etc.
Worried about AZ. Dark wet day, not good
for working outside. Then I thought, I can do
a session. Wasn't hexciting. But the TV is
usually much less so. TV CAN be revelatory,
but that's very rare! But then I thought, Why
is a session NOT exciting? So here I am.
5:51 It reminds me of the 1950's, when I
sat in my room alone waiting for someone
else to come home from school to play with.
Sometimes I would raise hell with my sister,
but also sometimes I would stare at the wall,
lose focus on the room, go into a trance, and
. . . meditate? I only remember brief snatches.
But Something seemed to happen then.

I am remembering this now.

"no one to play with"
sindrone. [yawn]
That leaves
out myself.
It's really just
no one playing
with me right now.

So why don't I
want to play with
myself in my own

Don't really want to know?

Having a hard time defining
what it is I am feeling now.

I am looking for something
to focus on, [yawn] but I
don't know exactly what.
It's like a need to focus.

the area of my attention
until I can understand
what is happening in
a small field of view.
That may help you view
one small area, but that
may not help if you are
losing the relationship of
that part to the whole.

your attention in one

false sense of confidence,
but it can't ever be full or
complete understanding,
because it's only part of
the puzzle. Understanding
must encompass the whole
field of view, not just the
parts you like or know well.

feeling a bit Disoriented, like
I am NOT Understanding
something, and I don't even
know what it is hexactly.
Like I have parts of the puzzle,
but lots of pieces are missing.
and I don't know how big it is,
or what the picture really is.
That may not be very comfortable,
but it might well be higher awareness.
or a more accurate view of the problems
inherent in Prediction and Hexpectation.
I don't know if I have come full circle,
but I'm no longer yawning, and my
attention seems more focused.
I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
