Finger vastly better.
Lost the fat and skin
about 1/4"x 1/2" I was
looking at meat, but it
seemed to be intact.
Only the middle third
still needs skin. It
doesn't hurt unless
I bump the skinless
part. My back still
hurts, but it's not
so bad. I'll see the
chiro again tomorrow.
I gave a treatment-
demo-lesson on electro
acupuncture to MS, [with
my cobbled-up system] who
has had lots of accupunture.
Now he's keen to get a box.
He even laid a $20 on me, so
now I have almost half a tank!

Tom is too busy to think about
Rado or my stuff now, but at
least I got my origination out,
and they are now aware of it.
I opened several possibilities.
What they do
is up to them.

Even when I've been in pain lately,
and depressed and frantic about it,
I haven't been Totally submerged in it.
I've kept some background awareness.
I've had some awareness watching my
conditioned response, and comparing it
to other times I felt like this before.
And I've kept looking for solutions.
[shift] during my 30+ year agony,
I thought it might/would never end.
I was furiously TRYING to end it as
fast as I could, but not seeing any
lasting results for a very long time.

But after two many decades,
the pain did end, so my fears
about Pain Forever were Null.
[Reread: why worry about pain
in the future when are are having
pain right now? Fix the now first.]
Now Pain is back, but I already.
KNOW it's Not Inevitable Forever:
it's a small but critical step ahead.
HOW to fix it fastest
should be my focus,
while enjoying the
present as best
I can now.
That changes my attitude
enough to shift my posture
a bit more upright. I don't
feel I am DooMed to pain.
I just hexperience it now.

Resigned to defeat. That's
a huge burden lifted from my
very own shoulder's: my own
prediction of my own demise.
